Definition 1a4x3v
Potential outs that may or may not give a player the best hand.
Example 3i2j60
Hero has an open ended straight draw and needs a 3 or 8 for a straight, but there are two spades on the board. As a result, the 3 and 8 of spades are dirty outs-- they may give Hero the best hand, but they may not and instead give another player a flush.
